Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All tags, packaging, and proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be included.

Returns are free. We do not charge any return shipping fee or restocking fee for eligible returns.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide:

• A free return shipping label (or a free pickup arranged by us), and
• Instructions on how and where to send the item.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
